This is a cute water feature which has had compliments from friends. We had an issue with the solar panel switch not locating properly so the fountain wasn’t switching off properly. I contacted the company who replaced the solar panel with no issues. The problem is still the same but we just disconnect the solar panel. It’s obviously a design fault. It doesn’t affect the water feature which we love.
Satisfied with my solar buddah. So easy to install, handy and potable for inside or outside of the house!
Easy to put together and very pleasing to look at and listen to. It did require a lot of bright sunshine to maintain power in the battery which means it turns on and off regularly. The reason is, there is only a low capacity rechargeable battery included presumably to keep the cost down. What I plan to do is dismantle the solar panel and if possible replace the battery with a high capacity version. But like changing a cheap AA battery with a Duracell. I'll repost if I'm successful.
UPDATE.
With regards battery, amazon do stock higher capacity batteries or they can be purchased from other vendors.
