I couldn't be happier with my new fountain. For the money, it represents amazing value for money, and the after-sales service is second to none. With the first one I bought, the hose to the pump was a bit too short to enable the pump to be fully submerged in the water reservoir, so I asked for a replacement. It arrived within days, and Jim there had clearly unboxed it, ensured that the hose was the right length, and had connected it to the pump for me - can't ask better than that! And now it sits on my garden wall looking lovely, giving me the therapeutic sound of tinkling water. Thanks to the Magic Toy Shop.
