How to Cook

Now let’s move on to how we will make the pancakes:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Whisk all wet ingredients in another bowl.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix till they combine.
  4. Heat butter (or oil) in a skillet.
  5. Pour three tablespoons of batter for each pancake into the skillet.
  6. Cook for a minute, flip the pancake, let it cook for another minute.
  7. Take the pancake out of the skillet and serve it on a plate.

Pro tips:

  • Do not whisk the batter too much.
  • Use room temperature eggs.
  • Let the batter rest for a few minutes before you begin to cook.
  • Use our special non-stick pancake pan.
  • Do not keep the heat too high.

No pancake is complete without toppings. We personally love our pancakes with some whipped cream and strawberries. Although, we do understand that most kids prefer topping their pancakes with some chocolate. We suggest doubling the fun with some chocolate chips to go with that chocolate syrup. If neither of these are to your liking, you can never go wrong with maple syrup. Last but not the least, we believe pancakes should always be served with some freshly cut fruits.

Finally, do not forget the most important part of pancake day, have some fun with your loved ones!
