Pancake Day, also known as Shrove Tuesday, is the feast day before Lent starts on Ash Wednesday. Pancake day always falls 47 days before Easter Sunday, due to which the date varies from year to year. This year, Pancake Day will take place on 13th February 7, 2024.

- Whisk all wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix till they combine.
- Heat butter (or oil) in a skillet.
- Pour three tablespoons of batter for each pancake into the skillet.

- Take the pancake out of the skillet and serve it on a plate.
Pro tips:
- Do not whisk the batter too much.
- Use room temperature eggs.
- Let the batter rest for a few minutes before you begin to cook.
- Use our special non-stick pancake pan.
- Do not keep the heat too high.
Toppings
No pancake is complete without toppings. We personally love our pancakes with some whipped cream and strawberries. Although, we do understand that most kids prefer topping their pancakes with some chocolate. We suggest doubling the fun with some chocolate chips to go with that chocolate syrup. If neither of these are to your liking, you can never go wrong with maple syrup. Last but not the least, we believe pancakes should always be served with some freshly cut fruits.
Finally, do not forget the most important part of pancake day, have some fun with your loved ones!
